The young man at the desk was a God send. We got lost when we arrived in the dark in Knoxville. When we called he gave us step by step directions on how to get to the hotel. He also gave very excellent directions to our concert venue for the next night.

Nothing. There was feces stains on the comforter. Blood stains on the sheets. It stunk to high heaven. I wouldnt even take a shower because I was afraid to go barefoot.

There were holes punched in the wall. Black hairs on the sheets, a straw with white residue on the floor & it looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in over a month.

Everything was fine until we had the flush arm on the toilet break , Old age rusted through, and we let them know. We had to change rooms and the owner said a crack in the wall, door knob hitting, and that in the bathroom was damage caused by us. We had an I'll traveler and the owner extorted $100 + kept our deposit of $50. Then when leaving the next day he called and said I had smoked in the room. I AM NOT A SMOKER! I'm sure he is going to try and tack on another charge. I told him he extorted me for the last time and I do not agree or accept his assertions as true. I demanded proof, of which he had none. I will be seeing him in court.
